All orders are shipped from our Seattle warehouse in Washington, United States.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after shipment, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Atelier Trianon is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears delayed or missing, please first check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for updates.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability, rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees may vary depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
