RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Atelier Trianon. We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Please review our return and refund policy below.

RETURN WINDOW

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products, perfume oils, and personal care items that have been opened, used, tested, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back. Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to our return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used fragrance products
Items without original packaging
Items damaged after delivery
Gift cards, if applicable
Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.
